The product contains caffeine, tannin, and chlorogenic acid, which dampens appetite and boosts metabolic processes influencing carbohydrate metabolism and acting as a fat burner. That was exactly what I was lacked. Several words should be said about antioxidant properties of the drug which, according to the feedback, preserves youth and beauty. Caffeine and tannin tone up and energize the body. Generally speaking, I became enthusiastic and after reading the direction I started to act! My family members were curious to watch my experiment.
First of all I bought coffee-mill to grid beans because I bought green coffee in the form of regular beans. I brewed grinded coffee (2 small spoons for a glass of boiled water) approximately thirty minutes before meal and tried to empty the glass within 20 minutes. It was quite tolerable and when you get used to it, you won't need honey. The beverage can't be mixed with other products (sugar, milk, or cream) and it must be drunk unadulterated. Of course, you can't wash down medications with it as it's forbidden (because it is actually coffee). When I started “losing weight” using green coffee, I firmly decided to stick to a more or less healthy lifestyle and even got a swimming pool membership card (evening training).
I also want to mention my nutrition because it's important to help the body cope with overweight quickly by not overloading it with fatty food. I was advised to use the following programme: have 5 meals during the day but eat only light food with proteins. For example, daily ration could consist of these products or simple dishes:
150 grams of buckwheat, boiled egg and a banana
150 grams of rice and 100 grams of boiled chicken breast
100 grams of rice, boiled egg, and an apple
150 grams of buckwheat and 150 grams of fish
180 grams of fat-free cottage cheese and an orange.
You should get used to this regime and don't forget to make and drink the coffee three times a day. Basically, on the 2 or 3 day you won't feel hunger or discomfort and after a week you are completely accustomed to this schedule. I tried to drink water between the meals, so the regime is basically fine. The most important thing is that it worked. My weight began to gradually disappear and I lost 4.5 pounds within the first week, which encouraged me a lot. It's mandatory to have a goal and don't seat with you PC in the evening. You should move, walk, or as I did, swim at your leisure (for at least half an hour). After that, you should eat a small portion during dinner.
After a month my weight decreased by 15 pounds but, obviously, I didn't want to stop. Sometimes I added ginger root and a small slice of lemon to the coffee to play with flavour. It tasted quite unusual. If you have a heartburn, you should drink it with caution. There are various recipes which involve adding orange peel and spices but it all depends on your taste. You can have a try just out of curiosity.
